What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your browser. They let a site remember things like whether you're signed in, your display preferences, and basic usage signals. Similar technologies — like localStorage, sessionStorage and server-side session tokens — do comparable jobs; this policy covers all of them.
How we use them
We try to keep it to the essentials. EVPlug currently uses cookies in these categories:

Analytics
We do not currently run a third-party analytics cookie such as Google Analytics on this site. If we add one, we'll update this page and note it in the table above before it ships.
Third-party content
The public map and the tracker map load map tiles from a third-party map provider using a map rendering library. These services may set minimal technical cookies or use storage mechanisms required to load the map securely. We also load a JavaScript charting library and web fonts from third-party content delivery networks; these providers may log your IP as part of normal service delivery.
When you make a payment to top up your EVPlug wallet, the payment is processed by our payment provider. Their payment pages may set their own cookies during the payment flow. Those cookies are governed by the respective provider's cookie policy.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time from your browser's settings. Note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies in the table above will break sign-in and form submission — you won't be able to log in or submit a location suggestion or top up your wallet without them.
